The Top 100 Minority Businesses awards recognize companies that demonstrate “achievements in overall growth, as well as excellence in innovation, employee workplace initiatives, commitment to diversity, corporate citizenship and future expansion plans. On March 12th all of the companies that were selected were honored at a luncheon celebration held in Miami.  KIRA was named the Most Innovative Large Company in 2008 and the Top Company for Diversity in 2007.
